REQUIREMENTS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in commerce/business, valuations or property.
  • 2 - 4 years’ experience in the property sector, with a strong preference for commercial valuations, property/development analysis, or funds management.
  • High financial aptitude and strong analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modelling and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

Our client is a leading real estate private equity firm, rapidly growing and seeking an Investment Relations Specialist/Distribution to join their high-performing team.
As a result of growth, and a continual increase in investor appetite, we are currently seeking an individual to work alongside the Head of Investor Relations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source and nurture relationships with IFA’s and wealth managers. Drive interest in existing fund products and develop and pitch bespoke partnership opportunities based on investors’ strategy.
  • Plan and participate in investor roadshows. Compile target lists, secure meetings and build pitchbook materials.
  • Manage communication and service investors. Respond to investor queries, prepare RFP and DDQ submissions.
  • Prepare IM’s, present quarterly fund updates and provide insights with respect to market trends and investment outlook.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create investor solutions, assess potential deals, and prepare fundraising collateral.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM for the ongoing analysis of investor data, trends, opportunities for campaigns and areas for improvement.
