QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Public Administration, or any Business Administration course
• Preferably with knowledge and understanding in business to government transactions (ex. SEC, PSE, OMB, DTI)
• With good command of the English language
• An experience in corporate governance related tasks such as board meetings is an advantage
• Must be willing to render overtime and work on weekends/holidays as needed
• Must be willing to work at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply

  Job Description: Assists lawyer in preparing and organizing various legal documents for upcoming cases and trials. Main duties include preparing affidavits and correspondence, discussing case details with attorneys and clients and organizing different files for different legal proceedings. Assists Finance Team in preparing and submitting SEC and PSE reportorial requirements, organizing Board of Directors and Annual Stockholders meetings and other legal related duties.
