Valmet is looking for Investor Relations Coordinator
Valmet is looking for Investor Relations Coordinator to join our award-winning investor relations (IR) team based at our corporate head office in Espoo, Finland. Investor Relations is responsible for a stock listed company’s reporting and serves as a point of contact for investors and analysts. Are you the person we are looking for?

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating investors’ and analysts’ meeting requests
  • Organizing management’s investor meetings and taking care of related travel logistics
  • Taking care of practical arrangements of Valmet’s investor events (e.g. Capital Market Days and site visits)
  • Preparing and publishing Stock Exchange releases
  • Updating and developing the IR website and social media
  • Preparing and editing various IR materials (e.g. videos, newsletters, social media posts)
  • Maintaining Valmet’s investor database (CRM)
  • Participating in the interim reporting process

In this role, you have the chance to take active role in developing Valmet’s investor relations’ social media channels in Instagram and Twitter further. You will be reporting to Vice President, Investor Relations, Pekka Rouhiainen.

To be successful in this role:

  • You have a relevant education in business, administration, communications, or equivalent
  • You have excellent communications skills in English and in Finnish
  • You might have background in IR or administration role from a stock exchange listed company with longer work experience or are early on your career
  • You master MS office tools. Experience in photo and video editing software (Photoshop; Adobe Premiere Pro) is considered an advantage, but not prerequisite
  • You have an eye for detail with strong organizing skills and have interest towards investor relations
  • You work well under pressure and have the ability to meet deadlines
