Investor Relations Specialist
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Specialist to join our team. The Investor Relations Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build and maintain relationships with investors. The successful candidate will possess a keen understanding of commercial real estate, investment, and retail markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with investors.
• Analyze, develop, and execute investor relations strategies.
• Work directly with investors to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Understand current market trends and conditions in the commercial real estate, investment, and retail sectors.
• Create detailed and informative slide decks and presentations for internal and external audiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate and investor relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in the use of PowerPoint and other presentation software.
• Aptitude for understanding financial data.
