Zattoo is a leading player in the TV-As-A-Service market, servicing several million TV users and dozens of B2B customers across Europe on numerous platforms.
As our international TV Platform customer base is growing bigger and the billing processes are getting even more complex, we are seeking an Invoice and Reporting Manager (f/m/x) part-time with min. 60% to oversee and perform the monthly invoicing and reporting requirements for our B2B customers throughout their contractual lifetime.
As a member of a highly motivated and very committed TV Platform Client Success Management Team, you will lead and manage the monthly invoicing processes of our existing and newly added B2B customers and be the subject matter expert for our invoicing software tool.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own monthly reporting for customers in coordination with the Zattoo Data and Analytics team
Prepare and oversee the invoicing processes in coordination with the Zattoo finance team
Be the subject matter expert for our invoicing software tool
Serve as the main point of contact for all internal customer related billing inquiries
Improve, monitor, and enforce billing processes, and ensure they evolve appropriately as the organization continues to grow
Prepare monthly unit forecast and support with budget controlling
Review existing contracts and amendments to ensure billing is accurate
Assist the Client Success Management Team in further operational areas
