Description:
As a Temporary Invoicing Clerk at our private bank, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely entry of invoices into our accounting system. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and streamlined billing processes, and will collaborate with various departments within the organization. In return, you will be offered a contract of at least 3 months with competitive compensation in a pleasant and growing business environment.
DESCRIPTION
- Entering incoming invoices into the accounting system, paying attention to proper coding and classification
- Verifying invoice details, such as vendor information, amounts and payment terms
- Tracking outstanding invoices and payment delays, and communicating with relevant parties to resolve any issues
- Assist in preparing periodic reports and statements related to billing activities
- Collaborate with colleagues in other departments, such as procurement and finance, to resolve any discrepancies or questions related to invoices
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations related to invoicing .
