As an Inwards Goods Customer Service Representative at CARTERS HAMILTON, your primary responsibility will be to meticulously inspect, receive, and document all product and stock movements within the branch. Your focus on maintaining a high level of service will be crucial in meeting our trade customers’ needs and facilitating their search for the desired products.

  • Conduct detailed inspections and accurately document all incoming goods, ensuring precise barcoding and pricing records are maintained.
  • Recognizing and monitoring back orders
  • Apply freight charges and organise credit documentation.
  • Monitor stock levels, conducting daily audits of stock receipt and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate supplies are available.
  • Proficiently manage incoming deliveries organize shelves to optimize store layout, and expertly assist customers in finding suitable products at the counter and on the sales floor, while also managing sales documentation processing.
