Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE:

  • The Mobility & IOT Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving the sales of Mobility & IOT solutions to our SME and Enterprise Customers.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of Mobility & IOT technologies, excellent communication skills and a passion to help clients leverage Mobile & IOT technologies to support the digitization of their business.

ESSENCE OF ROLE – KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Drive the sales process from prospecting to deal closure by identifying new opportunities, engaging with potential customers and presenting Mobility & IOT portfolio of solutions (e.g. Value Added Services such as Bulk Text, Transaction Alert, DLM, eSIM, One Number)
  • Create, identify and qualify selling opportunities by the preparation of high quality, accurate proposals and quotations for customers.
  • Deliver consistent and on-plan sales through skilled pipeline management.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, IT decision-makers, and procurement teams. Cultivate long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond by providing ongoing support and addressing any post-sales concerns promptly.
