We are constantly growing and looking for an organized IoT Solutions Engineering Specialist to join our team from Toronto.
Responsibilities:
- Guide employees and customers on how to use Teltonika Telematics devices and solutions (consult, provide training);
- Solve technical issues and look for ways to reduce them;
- Prepare technical documentation and technical tasks;
- Assess customer needs for new features, raise proposals for their implementation and supervise the implementation process;
- Participate in direct communication with clients to answer technical questions through conference calls and visits
- Perform quality assurance tasks before providing the solution to a customer
