Anaqua is looking for a highly motivated IP Administrator, Team Leader who is eager to help us achieve our continued growth goals in our Bergen office. The IP Administrator, Team Leader is responsible managing the IP administrator team to ensure successful case handling and related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational capabilities, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You are self-motivated and want to learn new skills. Being a team player and a team manager is essential to this role.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the daily administrative management of the IP Administration team.
- Regularly update Head of Foreign Filing regarding cases and daily operations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Foreign Filing tools and processes and ensure the action plan achievement.
- Effectively and timely managing foreign filing orders in accordance with established processes and procedures.
- Diligently manage supporting documents for each country.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with clients and suppliers.
- Engaging in continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Successful experience in similar position.
- Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.
- Paralegal IP skills would be an advantage.
- Superb attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Motivated by a fast-paced team environment.
- Has a can-do spirit and is proactive in providing concrete solutions.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and to manage time well.
- Management experience / skills would be an advantage.
