Description:

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree (or equivalent) in IT, Telecommunication, Computer Science or similar;
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in advanced network architecture and design;
  • You can demonstrate experience or formal knowledge within network security for Industrial Control Systems;
  • Professional experience maintaining real-world production systems. Build and maintain complex network designs;
  • Experience on NextGen firewalls, Unidirectional gateways, design of security zones, IDS/IPS;
  • Cisco ISE (LDAP, REST APIs), IPSec VPN, DMVPN and device authentication (IEEE 802.1x);
  • Cisco switches and routers (preferred industrial grade) experience and other vendors;
  • Facilitate Log & Net flow analysis, vulnerability identification and evaluation, patch management (life cycle management) for network equipment;
  • Good english communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Sense of responsibility;
  • Pro-activity and dynamism.

Responsibilities:

Capgemini Engineering is searching for an IP Network & Security Engineer (M/F) for Lisbon and Porto.

  • Working in a multivendor Datacenter Network;
  • Creating requirements for new services;
  • Design & Support technical solutions for datacenter customers;
  • Technical documentation skills to build and analyses HLDs and LLDs;
  • Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements
  • Design and implement secure communication infrastructure aligned with the industry standards, frameworks and security with overall business and technology strategy;
  • Implement early-stage feasibility studies of new projects working together with other peers in labs and proof of concept for new technology solutions;
  • Maintains awareness of technology trends in area of responsibility and makes appropriate recommendations.
  • Meet commitments and deliverables as related to participating/leading projects;
  • Candidate will be interacting with clients, undertsanding their needs, and providing technical support to clients;
  • Produce and maintain documentation (procedures, knowledge articles, diagrams).
