Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO…

You will be working in the Internal Combustion Engines, Propulsion Thermal Systems Engineering Team (IPTSE) as the Cooling Interface Engineer. In this role you will be responsible for representing cooling and leading work streams with the Attributes, Functions, Program, Manufacturing, Design, Quality and operational teams.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Technical interface between Lead Vehicle Engineering Activity (LVEA) & all aspects of the organisation for cooling & IPTSE to support future Ranger and Everest programs.
  • Represent IPTSE team when problem solving cooling systems in prototype buildsLead all aspects of IPTSE across the program gateways/technical milestones, from program start through to launch across the global team.

  • Technical interface between Lead Vehicle Engineering Activity (LVEA) & all aspects of the organisation for cooling & IPTSE supporting the upcoming T6 Ranger/Everest programs
  • Represent/problem solve cooling systems in prototype builds
  • Detailed knowledge of Ford Global Product Development System (GPDS), team center, AIMS/DURIS, WERS & program gateway deliverables
  • Lead, coordinate & represent IPTSE cooling for all aspects of the program gateways/technical milestones, from program start through to launch across the global team
