Overview:
Want to join the Investor Relations team in a global frontrunner in renewable energy driven by a vision of improving our future? We are currently seeking a dedicated Investor Relations Analyst to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As an Investor Relations Analyst at Scatec, you will play a pivotal role in articulating Scatec’s equity narrative to the capital markets, ensuring that our true value is transparent and well recognised.

As a key player in our Investor Relations team, you will work with:

  • Market analysis: Analyse share price movements and macroeconomic developments to provide insights from analysis backed by data on factors influencing Scatec’s valuation.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Plan and support dialogues with investors and financial analysts providing them with informed perspectives on financial performance and valuation assumptions.
  • Financial modelling: Craft and refine an internal valuation model, offering critical insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Peer analysis: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Scatec’s peers, analysing and benchmarking our share price performance within the industry.
  • Strategic targeting: Support targeting strategies to broaden analyst coverage and diversify our investor base.
  • Clear communication: Assist in production of high-quality reporting, transparent stock notices and informative company presentations.

This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, from financial analysis to strategic communication and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with Scatec’s diverse functions and executive management, laying a solid foundation for your professional growth within the company.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (‘Siviløkonom’), finance, economics or similar; Solid academic results;
  • 2+ years’ experience in investor relations or relevant capital market experience
  • Excellent communication skills – fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong skills within financial analysis and valuation
  • Dedicated and someone who takes “ownership” to tasks and responsibilities
