IS Specialist - Deployment Lead EAME

JOB SUMMARY

This role is primarily responsible for Deployment, Supplier Enablement and Catalog Support in the EAME Region for Caterpillar Indirect Procurement systems supported by the Digital Excellence Team which Includes:

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• 4-year college or university degree with 5 plus years of job-related experience
• 5 plus years’ experience in database and middleware technologies
• Experience with Cloud based ERP system
• Experience in Data Analytics and Reporting
• Should have great attitude to learn and implement new technologies
• Requires effective communications skills – both oral and written
• Must exhibit strong interpersonal skills and should have collaborative work style
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.

This position will help support the internal Indirect Procurement organization as well as key stakeholders across the enterprise.

• People: Works effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers at all levels.
• Leadership: No direct reports. Will demonstrate advanced project management skills required to collect, compile, assimilate, communicate, and maintain information as required. Incumbent will assess and recommend solutions. Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards within this diverse global organization.
