EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3rd level qualification in relevant business discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in ISO Management Systems support
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and other ISO standards
• Experience of developing procedures and audit plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills

• Develop procedures in relation to ISO Management Systems
• Develop IMS audit plans and schedules
• Execute the IMS Audit process as per approved plans and schedules, ensuring correct protocols and procedures are adhered to by the wider business
• Complete audit findings and audit reports
• Prepare findings and recommendations for management reviews
• Support the Corrective Action/Preventative Action Process
• Drive continual improvement across the organisation by leading, supporting and promoting the business CAPA (Corrective and Preventative Action) process as required
• Support any IMS projects as required
• Other duties as may be required from time-to-time
