The DarkStar Group is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance (applicable to this customer) to join one of our top projects in McLean, VA. Required Skills

  • Expertise in information technology, technical writing and agile scrum methodology
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or other technology related degrees
  • Past Performance working with Sponsor’s A&A process
  • Expertise or demonstratable knowledge of Commercial AWS and IC hosted AWS
  • Expertise or demonstratable knowledge of encryption solutions such as KMS
  • Expertise or demonstratable knowledge of the IC Public Key Infrastructur

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments of DIVE/DIVE-U IT architecture for compliance with security requirements from frameworks such as ICD 503.
  • Review and develop IT security policies, standards and guidance in accordance with existing IC and CIA standards
  • Provide input to A&A process activities and related documentation including but not limited to Configuration Management Plan, Contingency Plan, Account Management Procedures, System concept of Operations, Security Questionnaire
  • Provide guidance and assistance to engineering team during the A&A evaluation activities.
  • Act as a team POC to the group ISSM team
  • Evaluation proposed security architectures and designs, including providing input to the adequacy and relevancy of those security designs to meet the requirements of the IC/CIA security compliance objectives.
  • Review, identify, track, and report team’s auditing, vulnerabilities and privileged accesses.
