REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceptional customer service.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with the Canada Digital Adoption Program is a strong asset.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min 3 years’ experience in business process and/or consulting roles.
  • Previous experience in the IT industry is highly desirable.
  • Valid BC driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and cultivate client accounts and relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term connections.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs and resources to recommend tailored technology solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Advise clients on the benefits and implementation process of the Canada Digital Adoption Program (CDAP).
  • Assist clients with understanding and adopting new technology, ensuring seamless integration into their operations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our existing client base and with prospective clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client service escalations, working diligently to resolve issues.
  • Oversee and manage Professional Services projects for clients, ensuring successful completion and ongoing communication.
  • Conduct both onsite and offsite client meetings, providing training and guidance on technical procedures as needed.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of ActiveCo’s service offerings, staying up to date on industry developments and advancements.
