REQUIREMENTS:

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Min 3 years’ experience in business process and/or consulting roles.
- Previous experience in the IT industry is highly desirable.
- Valid BC driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
Responsibilities:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and cultivate client accounts and relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term connections.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs and resources to recommend tailored technology solutions that align with their objectives.
- Advise clients on the benefits and implementation process of the Canada Digital Adoption Program (CDAP).
- Assist clients with understanding and adopting new technology, ensuring seamless integration into their operations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our existing client base and with prospective clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client service escalations, working diligently to resolve issues.
- Oversee and manage Professional Services projects for clients, ensuring successful completion and ongoing communication.
- Conduct both onsite and offsite client meetings, providing training and guidance on technical procedures as needed.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of ActiveCo’s service offerings, staying up to date on industry developments and advancements.
