Our team is growing, we are currently recruiting for an IT Administrator / IT Deskside Support to join our team in our Burnaby office.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for Incident Management, such as logging of incidents and requests and log of resolution efforts and time on ITSM tool.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and resolve hardware and software issues and requests in a courteous and timely manner. This includes installation, configuration and problem solving for corporate applications.
- Provide support with management of permissions to resource of information like network folder, licensing, etc, Management of access to corporate systems.
- Assist with the on boarding of new employees by ensuring that new user accounts and access is configured, and computers are setup.
- Responsible for managing events and IT security alerts such as Antivirus notifications, Software patches and Health status of IT infrastructure components.
- Maintain IT hardware and software inventory on IT asset management system.
- Ensure management of assets as part of the Onboarding and Off-boarding processes.
- Coordinate with providers for delivery of goods or services.
- Perform telecommunications support including all equipment moves, additions and changes for phone accounts, video conference support and provides telephone/ video conference orientations.
