Scope of the Role: Primary responsibility for day to day business administration tasks in Group IT Department. The role is a Fixed term Contract until September 2024.
Desirable Skills:
- Any experience in corporate IT environment would be considered as a bonus
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
- Managing & Coordinating IT assets
- Logistics (shipments, collections, inventory, stock control)
- Performing admin tasks assigned by Infrastructure Team
- Dealing with our Service Now hardware requests
- Dealing with IT vendors
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA FOR THE ROLE:
- Familiar with business procurement processes (purchase orders, requisitions, good receipts)
- Good understanding of assets management processes
- Experience with one of the main ERP systems (i.e. SAP, Oracle, Sage)
- Fluent knowledge of MS Office package and business intelligence tools (i.e. Power BI)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk etc)
- General understanding of IT hardware and software
- Problem solving – to take structured approach to problems
- Ability to manage and prioritise own tasks
- Proven interpersonal skills
- Willing to constantly improve qualifications
Desirable Skills:
- Any experience in corporate IT environment would be considered as a bonus.
