Scope of the Role: Primary responsibility for day to day business administration tasks in Group IT Department. The role is a Fixed term Contract until September 2024.

Desirable Skills:

  • Any experience in corporate IT environment would be considered as a bonus

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

  • Managing & Coordinating IT assets
  • Logistics (shipments, collections, inventory, stock control)
  • Performing admin tasks assigned by Infrastructure Team
  • Dealing with our Service Now hardware requests
  • Dealing with IT vendors

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA FOR THE ROLE:

  • Familiar with business procurement processes (purchase orders, requisitions, good receipts)
  • Good understanding of assets management processes
  • Experience with one of the main ERP systems (i.e. SAP, Oracle, Sage)
  • Fluent knowledge of MS Office package and business intelligence tools (i.e. Power BI)
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk etc)
  • General understanding of IT hardware and software
  • Problem solving – to take structured approach to problems
  • Ability to manage and prioritise own tasks
  • Proven interpersonal skills
  • Willing to constantly improve qualifications

Desirable Skills:

  • Any experience in corporate IT environment would be considered as a bonus.
