IT ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Holborn
Role type: Permanent Position
Salary: Up to 30k DOE
Pareto are currently looking for an IT administrator to join us on a permanent basis.
We are looking for the most vibrant, exciting, enthusiastic candidate. We want team members to be outgoing, detail orientated, always willing to help and always willing to own a problem to completion.
Carrying out the following but not limited to:

IT Profiles

  • Setting up user profiles
  • Setting up email addresses
  • Setting up Mailboxes
  • Creating access to software e.g. CAFM, Finance, HR, Dropbox
  • Buying licenses e.g. Visio, PDF

Managing laptops

  • Laptop purchasing
  • Laptop set up
  • Download & Install Office
  • IT Asset management
  • Decommissioning
  • Printer Set up
  • Teams Set Up
  • Postage and transport for new and old units

Managing Mobile Phones

  • Mobile purchasing
  • Mobile upgrades
  • Set up mobile devices
  • Email addresses
  • Signatures
  • Samsung, Google and Apple Accounts
  • Installing applications
  • Adding contacts
  • Postage and transport for new and old units

Travel Card Management

  • Buying oyster cards
  • Adding travel cards
  • Decommissioning Oyster cards

Support

  • Remote support
  • On-site support

Desirable knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience working in an administrator role, preferably in the FM industry.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A working understanding of IT systems.
