IT ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Holborn
Role type: Permanent Position
Salary: Up to 30k DOE
Pareto are currently looking for an IT administrator to join us on a permanent basis.
We are looking for the most vibrant, exciting, enthusiastic candidate. We want team members to be outgoing, detail orientated, always willing to help and always willing to own a problem to completion.
Carrying out the following but not limited to:
IT Profiles
- Setting up user profiles
- Setting up email addresses
- Setting up Mailboxes
- Creating access to software e.g. CAFM, Finance, HR, Dropbox
- Buying licenses e.g. Visio, PDF
Managing laptops
- Laptop purchasing
- Laptop set up
- Download & Install Office
- IT Asset management
- Decommissioning
- Printer Set up
- Teams Set Up
- Postage and transport for new and old units
Managing Mobile Phones
- Mobile purchasing
- Mobile upgrades
- Set up mobile devices
- Email addresses
- Signatures
- Samsung, Google and Apple Accounts
- Installing applications
- Adding contacts
- Postage and transport for new and old units
Travel Card Management
- Buying oyster cards
- Adding travel cards
- Decommissioning Oyster cards
Support
- Remote support
- On-site support
Desirable knowledge & Experience:
- Experience working in an administrator role, preferably in the FM industry.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- A working understanding of IT systems.
