Job Description:
General Description:
This position has primary responsibility for designing, developing and maintaining electronic forms and associated workflows in TeamDynamix Service Management platform. Work is performed using multiple interfaces, data sources, APIs and iPaas.

Duties and Tasks:

  • Design, develop and maintain electronic forms and associated workflows in TeamDynamix Service Management platform.
  • Participate in the planning, implementation and support of TDX services across the college.
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting and debugging of programming, technical support, and support of the ITSM platform migration.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required KSA’s:

  • Knowledge of TeamDynamix or other service management platform
  • Knowledge of data integration and automation techniques, technologies, and practices
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and developing solutions.
  • Knowledge of electronic forms development
  • Ability to work efficiently both individually and as a member of a team.
  • Knowledge of security principles related to the protection of student information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a highly functioning team.
  • Excellent communication skills – oral, written and interpersonal
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload
  • Strong IT skills in software applications, including programming and working with various data structures (JSON, XML, Flat File)
  • Customer orientation and attention to quality of service

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in TeamDynamix or other service management platforms.
  • Experience in data integration.
  • Experience managing support incident and maintaining a positive end-user environment.
  • Experience in programming forms automation and workflows.
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional Considerations:

  • Experience in a higher education setting.
  • Experience in stored procedures, flows, HMTL, CSS, or other common web integration technologies.
  • Experience in forms development in Team Dynamix.
