Description:

Redrow Homes are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting others on a software helpdesk. Working as an apprentice you will support with the day to day running of a busy IT Software Helpdesk undertaking various administration duties on a day to day basis. The successful candidate would need excellent communication and IT skills. As part of the apprenticeship you will be studying a Level 2 IT Professionals Apprenticeship with one of Redrows chosen training partners.

  • Answer the IT Software Support Helpdesk telephone
  • Record helpdesk calls in our call handling system
  • Update the call handling system
  • Undergo training in the use of Redrow IT Systems
  • Undergo training in the use of SQL to query a relational database
  • Provide assistance to Redrow Systems Users
  • Resolve helpdesk calls under the guidance of other team members
  • Write SQL code to update Data in our Database
  • Work with Developers to investigate and resolve system issues
  • Ensure familiarity with Redrow’s Group Health, Safety and Environmental policies and comply with employee responsibilities.
  • At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instruction.
