ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

BNEW SAN Lab Operations provides best-in-class lab infrastructure, networks and hardware (HW) services to the R&D organizations. Through our standardized solutions and services, we enable our stakeholders to configure and deploy design and test environments. In our labs globally we operate ~50 000 square meters of labs and track 400 000 hardware assets.

We are now recruiting an Asset Manager to our global HW Management (HWM) team. Main tasks are:

• Life cycle management (LCM) of hardware operated by Lab Site Operations (LSO) Jorvas
• Main interface between HWM and LSO Jorvas
• Be part of the global HW Management team

We are also continuously aiming to evolve our way of working. The team is the main engine in this evolvement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Handle local LCM/Asset management operations
• Drive Continuous Improvements
• Have a strong relation with HWM colleagues globally and other colleagues locally
• Report to Service owners for improvements/impediments
• Data maintenance in our HW database tool EquipMan and SAP
• Ticket handling in Jira, e.g HW transfers between sites
• Support site operations in areas of: Security, BCM, EHS/OHS, 5S, Audit and Assessments
• Drive strategic, tactical, and operational work and targets
• Contribute in change, including evolution of Lab Operations services globally
