Description:
As an IT assistance analyst for ATMs, you help the caisse network analyze and interpret data to assess the quality of service delivery. You help diagnose problems and suggest improvements to prevent issues in the future. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. More specifically, you’ll be required to:
- Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and control points
- Analyze risks, write statistical reports and make recommendations. Provide advice on how to implement recommendations
- evelop and write tools, methods and processes
- Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement
- Be proficient in end-to-end processes to interact with stakeholders with planned activities
- Help identify metrics for investigations

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years of experience in IT support
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Beginner-level knowledge of ticketing systems
- Beginner-level knowledge of Power
