Description:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology related programs (e.g., Computer Networking Technology, Software Development, Cyber Security, Database Management, Information Systems, IT and Systems Architecture, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, etc.)
- 4+ years IT Audit Experience in ERP implementation, Control testing, ITGC, and large scale transformation programs
- Fluent in English with good presentation skills
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- CISA certification
- PepsiCo business experience and/or previous Big 4 Public Accounting or equivalent consulting or industry experience
- Cybersecurity/operational technology, cloud computing,
- Strong people and communication skills to manage the information gathering and positively influence others
- Progressive experience supporting one or multiple IT projects/engagements
- Strong analytical, execution and project management skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to interact with varying levels of individuals (front line to senior leadership)
- Ability to build relationships, manage conflict and embrace change
- Ability to supervise other team members

Responsibilities:
The IT Audit Associate Manager will report into the Audit Director for PepsiCo Corporate.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct IT, operational, compliance and financial audits throughout PepsiCo to identify risks and control breakdowns that may impact the integrity of reported information and/or the achievement of objectives
- Assess/leverage controls testing performed by other groups within PepsiCo
- Review the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), strategic plans, narratives, workflows and risk control matrix (RCM), as well as lead process walkthroughs facilitated by the business and IT stakeholders, to develop an understanding of the processes being audited
- Assist Audit Director during planning, development of the scope, identification of site visits, etc.
- Identify financial, operational and IT routine and non-routine risks, as well as the mitigating controls relating to the risks
- Perform controls testing of assigned areas of the audit, coach junior team members through controls testing and deficiency evaluation
- Communicate identified deficiencies, perform root cause analysis and prepare recommendations for remediation, quantify the potential impact with team members, present to Audit Director and align with key business stakeholders
- Identify and share best practices with the business, across Corporate Audit and during future audits
- Complete assigned areas of the PepsiCo Success Criteria / Global Control Standard (GCS) and provide insights into unassigned areas during calibration meetings
- Leverage overall business and IT knowledge and prior audits to improve effectiveness and develop audit efficiencies
