POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in utilising technology as part of our mission to deliver. As an IT Business Analyst at Kiverco, you will be at the forefront of ensuring we have a seamless and transformative IT experience, driving usage and efficiency via the use of IT systems. You will work closely with Kiverco staff, demonstrating our values in every interaction and providing technical expertise to meet their unique needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a similar IT or a business analyst related role
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills ensuring projects are delivered efficiently (certifications in Prince 2, Agile etc.)
- A passion for technology and a commitment to constant improvement.
- A strong commitment to our core values.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Vendor qualifications with leading technology vendors such as Microsoft.
- Experience in using or working with Microsoft platforms, operating systems, and products, SolidWorks, CRM, Sage 200 and ERP platforms.

JOB DUTIES:
- Technical enablement for staff so they can benefit from digital transformation and further use of products and services, ensuring Kiverco gain the maximum benefit from our IT and technology investments.
- Project requirements gathering, documentation and sourcing of systems/third parties who can deliver on the requirements.
- Project management of resources such as specialist third-party providers based on the requirements and project milestones/budgets.
- Internal development of Kiverco’s processes, procedures, and platform products to enhance our service delivery, and improve security and efficiency. Continual improvements which will keep Kiverco at the bleeding edge of innovation and a leader in digital innovation in the industry
- Collaborate with internal staff and stakeholders to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions, guidance, and training in line with best practices/use of the systems they currently operate. Including referral to other third parties and specialists when required.
- Collaboration with staff to increase Office 365 platform product utilisation, including Teams, SharePoint, PowerApps, Forms, Flow, Co-Pilot, etc. through customer engagement and enablement projects.
- Continual development of the Kiverco processes to ensure smooth and efficient for users
- Educate clients on best practices for IT security and product usage – including SolidWorks, Office 365, PowerBI, Sage 200, Reporting and analysis.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with the team.
- Stay current with industry developments and certifications to enhance expertise.
