Description:
WORKPLACE: COIMBRA (HYBRID)FUNCTIONS:
- Analysis and assessment of IT needs, aligning technological solutions with business objectives;
- Management of support requests, ensuring that all problems are documented, prioritized and resolved efficiently and effectively;
- Preparation of functional and technical specifications for information systems, including process diagrams and use cases;
- Monitoring the development of solutions, to ensure that requirements are implemented and deadlines are met;
- Carrying out acceptance tests (UAT) and supporting post-implementation problem solving;
- Preparation of technical documentation and user support manuals.
