Role:
The Business Analyst will help us with our EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes, reporting, and system maintenance. This role works with different stakeholders to understand their reporting and data needs, and to help translate those into new processes and visualizations. The ideal candidate will have good communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as an inquisitive nature.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration or related field.
• Experience with SQL, writing queries, views, and stored procedures.
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools.
• Comprehensive knowledge of EDI standards, formats, and protocols.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ensures that business needs are met by the corresponding technology products and services by identifying the business requirements and assessing the value, impact, and risks involved, while also estimating the necessary investment and effort to achieve the anticipated outcome.
• Supporting EDI operations, including data mapping, validation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Creating and updating reports and dashboards in Power BI to provide insights and analytics for various business functions.
• Helping to maintain and enhance our business systems, such as ERP, WMS and integration software.
• Responding to support tickets for EDI, reporting and ERP system issues.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
• Documenting business processes, workflows, and system specifications in a concise and clear manner.
• Engage with project teams, develop project management deliverables and documentation, and collaborate with project stakeholders as needed throughout project lifecycles.
