A world-renowned organisation in Luxury Resorts, Entertainment and Gaming is seeking a mid-senior level Business Analyst to join its growing team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5-8 years of experience as a business analyst
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical units, business process re-engineering, change requests
  • Scrum, Agile
  • Gaming, casino, hotel or MNCs with digital transformation experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business processes, support UAT, SIT, manage requirements throughout SDLC
  • identify business problems and impact analysis of solutions on operations of the business
  • lead requirements gathering workshops with IT and Business Units
  • app modernization and system changes
