SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge of APIs is an advantage
• Knowledge of standard documentation tools and test tools
• At least 3 years of IT Business Analyst experience specifically in a Banking system
• Must have taken part in the implementation of 2 large banking projects as IT Business Analyst
• Mobile application experience is a plus

• Stakeholder Management:
• Develop relationship with Business Stakeholders and understand operations of every supported Business Group and their organization
• Assist in the alignment of goals with the goals of the business
• Project Delivery:
• Analyze business requirements and assist the business in documentation by organizing disparate requirements into logical categories
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and communicate requirements to the technical team
• Bridge the gap between the business and the development team to clarify requirements
• Identifies scope changes and assists IT PM in scope management
• Assesses the design risks and identifies mitigating actions. Prepare Internal Design
• Review and Design PSC decks specific to business requirements / processes, testing strategies.
• Assist the business in user acceptance testing and training rollout
• Provide end-user manuals/instruction to application support especially in resolving production issues
• Facilitate turnover or transition to application support during stabilization
