Facilitates and serves as a lead, for the planning and preparation of initiatives to enable the business partner to achieve the objectives through the effective use of process architecture and technology
erves as the relationship linkage between the Functional business areas, providing the tactical consulting level support and guidance
Achieves and communicates decisions, priorities and relevant project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding the service request/CRs and projects
Understand internal system and process architecture within domain and keeps up to date on market trends
Identifies and collects, investigates and analyses business requirements, providing opinion on solution directions, strategy
Safeguards group wide process standards, facilitates discussion on centralized vs. localized decisions within own domain
Able to formulate professional opinion and makes decision-making alternatives (SIR vs. project etc.) in line with the Group (business and IT) strategies, helps prioritize the needs
Serves as a “trusted advisor” and functions key point of contact for IT Functional stakeholders
Requirements
University/College degree in Information Technology / Economics / Engineering
5+ years relevant experience
Strategic thinking, Project management mindset, solution driven approach
Verbal and written communication skills both in English and Hungarian
