INTRODUCTION

We are seeking a proficient and experienced IT Change and Release Lead to provide specialist expertise in the design and end-to-end execution of IT change and release management strategies, policies, protocols and governance framework.

QUALIFICATIONS

§ Degree in Information Technology/Systems Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
§ Relevant certification in Change Management and Release Control and Validation (RCV) will be an added advantage.
§ Project management experience an added advantage.

JOB-RELATED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

§ 4-5 years (Diploma) or 3-4 years (Degree) experience in the IT environment or equivalent experience.
§ Strong knowledge of IT change management, administration and delivery principles.
§ Understanding of change management related legislation in the industry.
§ Understanding of IT Security principles.
