Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in IT, or other technical area .
- At least 5 years’ experience in area of IT engineer or technician.
- Experience in client desktop support, IT Operations tasks, administration, and management of MS BitLocker.
- Experience in antivirus solution administration and maintenance, Windows patching utilizing WSUS/ MEMCM/ Intune.
- Experience in administering Windows Server, MacOS devices.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft, basics of PowerShell and VB Scripting, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, GPO.
- Basic knowledge of networking, Office 365, and Microsoft Cloud products.
- Ability to utilize the applications for Microsoft Office for support, reporting and documentation.
- Familiarity with the fundamental principles of ITIL.
- Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
IT Client Management Engineer manages and supports the complete Global Microsoft platform at Constantia Flexibles. As part of the Client Management team, the engineer is responsible for creation, maintenance and distribution of Operating system images, software package development, and configuration management while ensuring the security of endpoints by patch management, encryption and administration of the enterprise Antivirus solution. The engineer will assist the service desk team in solving desktop and application issues as well as research and evaluate software and hardware technologies based on business requirements.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and act according to Procedures e.g., Incident Management, Request Fulfillment or Change Management process.
- Ensures optimal health and performance of the Microsoft infrastructure.
- Build and deploy desktop and laptop images to workstations.
- Manage and supports device provisioning using Windows Autopilot service.
- Create packages, collections, and deployments.
- Perform application lifecycle management by deploying and updating applications on a regular basis.
- Perform operating system and application patch management on clients including MacOS Devices.
- Manage and support enterprise-wide printing solution.
- Taking part in IT standardization and harmonization projects in area of client and printer migration.
- Identify, diagnose, resolve, and deliver root cause analysis for automatic alerts, issues, and incidents.
- Manage and resolve incident, problem, and change request tickets.
- Providing support to Service Desk and Field Support in area of Client Management, cooperating with Global IT teams, assists other IT engineers if needed.
- Shortening the waiting time for technical on-site support provided to Constantia IT users and increasing User Satisfaction related to IT services.
- Fulfilling Incident Management and requested KPIs.
- Effective and successful knowledge management related to local IT environments.
