IT Client Services Technician
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Client Service IT Technician, you will have the opportunity to tap into your skillset and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Responsibility for assisting colleagues at the Costa Rica Global Service Center with IT Support
- Practice global IT procedures and systems, working with global support teams
- Participate in site IT Infrastructure projects
- Ensure operating IT components of local statutory and audit requirements
- Client Services support and delivery:
- PCs
- Monitors
- Communications
- Printers
- Mobile Devices
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- High School diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and four (4) years of IT experienceOR
- Three (3) years of professional IT experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Technical experience with Microsoft Windows Operating System and Services
- Cross-functional IT expertise (applications, security, network and database infrastructure)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to create effective and engaging communications
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Customer service mindset and sense of urgency
- Experience working in a large, multi-national corporation
