PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The IT Commercial Solution Architect is responsible for ensuring solution delivery that complies with reusable capabilities guidelines, integration best practices, IT Policy Framework mandates and that can be deployed in Agile DevSecOps Methodologies. The IT Commercial Solution Architect will serve as owner of the integration solution framework for the cluster and Subject matter expert in any interface endeavor, ensuring proper documentation is in place in order to be used in all aspect of solution lifecycle. He or She will also ensure stakeholder management of certain IT commercial key users, bringing adequate customer service and serving as point of contact for them.
