QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree; strong preference for technology related disciplines.
- 3-5 years’ experience in Information Technology/Information Security (prefer within high tech or manufacturing industry)
- Logical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent social, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate compliance related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff.
- Successful experience working, cooperating, and establishing credibility and relationships across the company.
- Ability to escalate issues at the right time/level and ability to bring teams collectively to resolve issues in a productive manner.
- Qualifications, Skills and Education Preferred:
- Knowledge of policies and procedures related to CMMC, ITAR/CUI regulations, NIST 800-171, GDPR, CCPA, and SOX 404
- Previous experience developing and delivering content for IT/Cyber training and awareness.
- ISACA certification (CISA, CRISC, or CISM) desirable.
