Description:

YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS

  • You have successfully completed your studies in business informatics, business engineering, business administration or engineering sciences or have a comparable qualification
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience as IT consultant in SAP HR processes
  • You have experience in at least one of the HR Systems: SAP Successfactors, Zalaris PeopleHub
  • Experience in Time Management in combination with interfaces to SAP ERP is a plus.
  • You have experience in working directly with the business counterparts in the HR departments.
  • You are experienced with implementing interfaces between SAP and other IT systems and their technical standards.
  • You have several years of experience in the implementation of IT projects and change requests
  • Hands-on mentality with the ability and willingness to work as part of a team, it is easy for you to analyze complex issues and to present them clearly and comprehensibly
  • You enjoy shaping and implementing change. In doing so, you are characterized by a high degree of personal responsibility, goal orientation, the ability to deal with conflicts and a willingness to take responsibility
  • You communicate actively in an international environment and are characterized by cross-divisional thinking in value streams
  • Fluent negotiation skills in English are a prerequisite

Responsibilities:

  • You are the first IT contact for our current SAP HR Systems based on Successfactors and Zalaris PeopleHub
  • You work together with our HR team to support, optimize and implement HR processes on our SAP HR, ERP, IDM, Travel, and customer service platforms mostly regarding time management processes.
  • You perform analysis, definition and improvement of business requirements in the area of HR as well as consulting, support, test and training of users across several HR systems and partly SAP ERP.
  • Simulation and optimization of complex user processes along an efficient operational value creation process as well as conception, modeling, and implementation of improvement measures
  • Development of solution concepts and functional specification of customer-specific requirements with the focus on HR.
  • Implementation of user training and user coaching as well as supporting tasks during prototyping and testing phases
  • You work together with our external HR IT service provider to help improving the user experience.
