Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our employees, ensure smooth operations of our IT systems, and learn to develop and maintain RPA processes with training provided.

Responsibilities:-

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Set up and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
  • Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technology solutions.
  • Learn to develop and maintain RPA processes to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and inventory.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on IT-related topics.

Qualifications:-

  • Freshly Polytechnic graduate, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience working in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or MacOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, including RPA development.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
