JOB DESCRIPTION:

Are you a pro at juggling multiple IT projects and keeping things running smoothly? As an IT Project Coordinator, you’ll be the linchpin in ensuring our client’s projects stay on track. From managing engineering resources to troubleshooting tech issues, you’ll be at the forefront of it all.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in IT project coordination or management, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting IT systems and providing deskside support.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledgeable about IT infrastructure, systems, and technologies.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to drive project success.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications in project management are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep multiple IT projects moving forward, ensuring tickets are up-to-date and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Collaborate with service owners and engineering teams to define project goals and deliverables.
  • Efficiently allocate engineering resources to meet project deadlines and objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress to keep everyone in the loop.
  • Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that could impact project delivery.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align projects with business requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate project performance and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and IT coordination.
  • Maintain up-to-date asset registers and internal documentation.
