YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Chart the strategic direction for IT and digital product and platform architecture, ensuring it aligns with the organisation’s overarching goals.
• Craft and execute a robust roadmap for IT and digital architecture initiatives, delivering cutting-edge solutions that propel customer and stakeholder value.
• Lead a talented team of architects, inspiring them to adopt best practises while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Oversee governance and quality processes, ensuring compliance and evolving our IT services through continuous improvement.
• Build collaborative partnerships with stakeholders across the board, translating IT strategies into cohesive and aligned actions.
• Analyse function performance using key metrics, articulating value and progress to senior management.
