Title: IT Data Analytic-Soultion Architect
Location: Boston, MA (3 days a week in office)
The IT Analytics Solution Architect is a key member of the IT Data Analytics team. The is a new opportunity for an experience candidate to develop a deep understanding of organizational, business, financial, operational, and commercial priorities to ensure coordinated development and timely delivery of critical data and reporting needs to meet business goals. The successful candidate will partner and work closely with US Business Rx Insights and Analytics as well as other stakeholders in developing, provide reporting, and dashboard to drive data insight.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project and manage project system build and implementation of a wholistic data environment inclusive of procuring, governing, and visualizing data to meet business needs.
  • Advise business stakeholders on platform design, translating requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
  • Lead in designing and ensure regulatory, compliance and security standards and practices are followed.
  • Responsible for cloud workloads, application, and infrastructure architecture, data ingestion architecture, data storage, and transformations, data analytics, serverless function/application design, micro-services, DevOps.
  • Create strategies and plans for data security, data governance, data lineage, backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and archiving.
  • Technical oversight of the US Nemo implementation, support, and maintenance of a full commercial data foundation inclusive of data warehouse, channel data aggregation, master data management.
  • Support Integration for upstream and downstream processes.
  • Partner with business and IT teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications for ad hoc data, analytics & reporting.
  • Ensure continuity of standardized reporting while managing and balancing against ad hoc needs
  • Ensure compliant use of Galderma approved data architecture and technologies to enable business requirements with speed and responsiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in implementing DWH solutions.
  • 6+ years’ experience leading projects
  • 5+ years’ experience in cloud-native architecture design and implementation of distributed, fault-tolerant enterprise applications in laaS, Paas, or SaaS solutions with a strong preference/emphasis on Azure cloud platform and Snowflake database solution.
  • 5+ years’ experience Background as an azure data engineer/ developer - using ADLS/ADF/ Databricks /
  • Prior experience as primary lead of a large-scale program to migrate/onboard on-premises Data ware solution to Azure cloud platform and Snowflake. Ability to plan and address gaps between the future and current state.
  • Strong working knowledge of various data modeling techniques.
  • Experience with a variety of data management and ETL software packages
  • Experience with analytical architectural concepts, including visualization, dashboards, advanced analytics, cloud analytics, big dataset. Strong knowledge in PowerBI administration and optimization
  • Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) business processes or solutions and data governance and data quality methodologies
  • Understanding of the industry landscape, key commercial data vendor and regulatory requirements (e.g. GxP, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, and Automation.
  • Ability to demonstrate successful record of accomplishment working in cross-functional teams with both business and technical resources.
  • Experience in a Pharmacy/Medical devices company is preferred.
  • Solid communication skills, particularly in writing technical solution proposals. High degree of comfort speaking with both internal and external executives (non-technical audience), IT management, and technical teams via the use of presentation and whiteboard
  • Bachelors Degree Required
