Description:
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development and implementation of our data strategy, governance framework, and comprehensive data catalogue.
- Lead the design and execution of data models and ETL processes, extracting, transforming, and loading data from diverse sources into our systems.
- Oversee the creation of APIs, scripts, and web applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and craft innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Partner with stakeholders to conduct data analysis and visualizations, deriving actionable insights to inform decision-making processes.
- Attend data requirement meetings with stakeholders and BAs, effectively communicating technical data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Mentor and guide a team of technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, collaborating with vendors to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our solutions
