About the job

As the D&A Data Product Owner (manufacturing) you will be responsible for:

  • Driving the usage/adoption of the Data products through underlying methodologies including usage of test & learn approach, user centricity, data & analytics and automation
  • Bringing the “outside-In” by identifying key partnerships with leading data and technology providers to bring industry best practices to Danone
  • Delivering of data products capabilities supporting the D&A strategy (on time, in scope, on budget). Ensure management of Data Products through lifecycle
  • Taking an active role in promoting and communicating about data products and data strategy across all comms channels
  • Ensuring scoping and functional design is delivered and supports project squads with delivery of strategic projects with respect of agreed timeline & budget
  • Building and managing the backlog of user’s stories/requirements and priorities for development accordingly
  • Maximizing efficiency in a constantly evolving environment using Minimal Viable Product delivery, and rapid prototyping
  • Identifying new opportunities to enhance current operating processes and implement strategies to address those opportunities

Responsibilities:

YOU WILL GAIN A GREAT SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE, BECAUSE:

  • You have strong experience in the FMCG/ Retail Data & Analytics Domain
  • You have proven Track record of Implementing Data products related to Design to Delivery (Supply chain, Manufacturing, R&I, Quality, Traceability, Procurement…), finance, Sales, etc., and experience in integrating sources with standard MDM principles.
  • You have experience in working with real-time data streams and real-time data science models.
  • You have ability to demonstrate a mix of technical skills and business processes knowledge and proven experience in rolling out a data product in multiple markets. Essential to have experience in data catalogue documentation and manage the product use throughout all the stages of the product lifecycle.
  • You have strong experience working with Data Architects, Ingestion, Data scientists and visualization teams in an agile framework. Expert knowledge and demonstrated abilities to lead squads and tribes with ability to define user stories and prioritizing backlog in accordance with the Senior Product Owner’s vision of the product.
  • You have strong ability to connect and federate distinct stakeholders in a complex organization, managing stakeholders from Global, Local, Business and IT colleagues.
  • You are experienced implementing modern data strategies and solutions using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google), Informatica Cloud, Databricks, Power BI or similar tools.
  • You have capability to express complex data concepts into lay language for stakeholder management
