Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Directly contributes to the design and development of scaled Data Science algorithms. Applies technical knowledge to massive datasets with exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model building to deliver accurate and impactful algorithms. Quantifies improvement in business areas resulting from u algorithms. Works with Data and Software Engineering teams to productionize algorithms
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience with developing with Power BI and passionate about data analysis and storytelling through data.
- 2+ years of experience with python coding
- Experience collaborating on projects involving multiple teams, managing relationships with clients, and presenting to audiences.
- Experience manipulating large data sets
- Self-motivated and proactive with extreme attention to detail
- At least 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or related fields.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Curiosity to continue learning new analytical methods and tools (Azure, ETL etc.)
- Experience with making DAX queries in Power BI desktop
- Experience with implementing row level security on data and have an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI
- Experience working with HR/organizational people data preferred (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics, and other people analytics)
