Location Flexible: Canberra, Melbourne, or Sydney
New opportunity for a Security & Infrastructure Delivery Lead to join our Government & Defence IT team, where you will deliver strategic technology projects involving networks, cyber security, Governance and risk controls and deployment of enterprise services applications across the Government & Defence division.
As Security & Infrastructure Delivery Lead, you will be,
- Accountable for the delivery of project(s) to agreed business outcomes
- Set the plan for the projects to achieve the business outcomes to quality, time, and cost.
- Ensuring the outcomes are aligned to Toll IT and Business Strategy.
- Develop, own and drive implementation of G&D IT security roadmap.
- Manage ICT security and Infrastructure related forums and governance bodies
- Prepare for and manage ICT security audits by external parties, including defence assessors
- Provide input into the overall IT Roadmaps and for execution of the programme.
To ensure you success, you will possess:
- 10 + years’ experience delivering solutions and projects in the Defence or public sector, with 5 years Cyber Security experience.
- Knowledge of Defence Security Industry Program and IRAP assessment processes
- Experience in implementing and running security, risk and governance processes
- Strong Project Management skills demonstrated through experience implementing network changes and cyber security initiatives
- Strong security documentation development skills
- High level of program development skills (i.e., ability to establish and maintain a robust and effective program across multiple projects or streams of work)
- Excellent Microsoft Office365 skills and relevant tools and applications for the role
- Excellent presentation skills – ability to develop and visualise content for executive stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of IT security solutions
- Experience in implementing authentication and access management solutions
- Knowledge of ICT security frameworks like NIST and E8
Qualifications
- Degree qualified / tertiary qualifications in a related field
- Agile and/or Prince2 Project management certification
- Relevant Cyber security certifications
- Defence clearances (Baseline or NV1) desirable
