You don’t need your GCSEs for this role, Maths and English can be completed alongside your qualification if not already obtained. But if you’ve already got them, great!
As an IT Deskside Support Apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced IT team to provide technical support to our employees. This role offers a hands-on learning experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up workstations, and assisting with IT projects. If you’re passionate about technology and eager to kickstart your career in IT, we want to hear from you!
You’ll be enrolled into a 15-month accredited apprenticeship scheme, giving you the perfect platform to kickstart your career, and gaining experience working with a fast growing and supportive business.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for someone who is hard working, has a positive can-do attitude and is excited by the idea of working in a role which interacts with a lot of people on a daily basis. You should have good communication and organisation skills, as well as strong IT skills. Attention to detail and being a team player is important too.
