Description:

Job Scope:
- Provide end user support for desktop computers, notebooks, printers, applications, basic networking, etc
- Deployment, configuration & troubleshooting on end user issues
- Evaluate existing end user computing resources
- Work with IT infrastructure team and external vendors to resolve user issue
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades of end user computing resources
- Update Desktop Support operations & service desk documentation
- Supervise and monitor staff performance
- Periodic review of the Desktop Support operations and report any gaps and issues
- Ensure procedures, processes and service level are being followed for any service delivery and operations
- Manage and administer the service desk operations including coordination routing of service or change request
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in IT or equivalent
- Possess minimum 3 years of Desktop / IT support experience
- Proficient with desktop operation systems, O365, MS office, Outlook, desktop, notebook hardware & software
- Proficient in Microsoft’s Modern Workplace and Cloud Platform typically involves a range of responsibilities centred around the deployment, management, and optimization of Microsoft 365 & Office 365.
- Experience in supporting desktop migration such as Active Directory and Exchange Migration
- Familiar with Service Desk operations, incident, service request and change management process
- Prior experience with ServiceNow ticketing system is advantageous
- Good interpersonal & communications skill
- Resourceful, analytical and good problem-solving skill
