Description:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • An outgoing, amiable personality and desire to help others.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge in the Windows desktop environment.
  • Maintains appropriate records, files, and documentation.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all corporate information.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.

EDUCATION:

CompTIA A+ preferred (or may be obtained during the first year of employment).
Experience: Previous desktop support or IT helpdesk experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to support requests and taking necessary steps to resolve those problems.
  • Document support issues and solutions.
  • Remote problem-solving through use of remote connection tools.
  • Diagnosing Windows and PC hardware issue.
  • Laptop, iPad, iPhone configuration and deployment.
  • Basic troubleshooting of LAN and connectivity issues.
  • Perform data migrations and assist in data restorations.
