Hughes Real Estate Group is currently looking for an individual who is highly interested in the fields of Information Technology and Advertising. This full-time position requires communication and interactions with real estate industry professionals.
We are looking for a well-rounded self-motivated professional who has an interest in technical support and assisting in online advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will be analytical, up to date on the latest technology and advertising trends, and constantly wanting to learn more.Compensation:

$23 - $26 hourlyResponsibilities:

• Create content pages on our real estate website using HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Build upon our recruiting website that utilizes Laravel (PHP), Tailwind CSS, and VueJs
• Create and optimize advertising campaigns
• Analyze business data and generate reports for executives
• Optimize web and video content for search
• Write and update technical documentation
• Provide technical support to real estate agents and employees both locally and remotely
• Become an expert with our software to help resolve issues quickly for our customers and team members
• Research and implement new technology that’ll keep us at the leading edge of the Real Estate industry
• Install and troubleshoot hardware, software, and computer peripheral components
• Administer user accounts across all internally used systems/software
• Onboard new real estate agents and employees

Qualifications:

• Have a data-driven mindset and analytical personality
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
• Database management and analytics
• Project management software
• Knowledge of PHP, HTML, and JavaScript
