We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy person to join our IT team as a Digital Intern with a focus on Order Management project, in our Corporate Offices in Milan (MI).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Interest in the eCommerce world

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of order management systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline order processing and improve system efficiencies.
  • Support the troubleshooting and resolution of order management system issues.
  • Help document processes, system configurations, and user guides.
  • Provide technical support to end-users regarding order management systems.
  • Contribute to ongoing digital transformation projects related to order management
